M moondoggy4 Team RC Feb 10, 2015 #2 I called and informed them. I ordered 6 t-5 bulbs back in 12/1/14 and opened them last night finally got all of the bits I needed to hang my new light. Found all 6 bulbs broken. Called today, missed the deadline by a week. They are willing to give me a discount.
