Just wanted to make a thread showing all of the acan I have in my tank.
Not the greatest pieces, and most have made it through some recent ups and downs of my tank, but everything seems to be doing great as of late, and growing new heads.
This is my favorite piece.

They look great. I'm thinking about getting one in the near future. So if I get a one or two head frag do they just start growing from the bottom of the two like at the base of the mother head?

Man you've sure got some algae going on in there. I can't get any to grow in my DT and my cuc has run out of stuff to eat. I'm going to have to move them to the sump where there is tons growing. This all might be because I've been running my lights in the sump 24/7

Thanks a lot everyone! They certainly are my favorite coral yet. The colors are just captivating. I'm waiting to get one of those insane rainbow pieces.

I know I have some serious hair algae going on. Mostly remnants of a breakout I was going through a month or 2 ago. I've seemed to get things swinging in the right direction and it seems to be slowly receding. My tangs and blenny munch on it, and I figured its got to be a great home for millions of copepods and other life, so that's great for my other fish and coral too.
As long as it isn't growing over coral I'm not that mad at it anymore as its nowhere near as bad as it was and seems to be shrinking.
I just look at the pretty stuff and smile.

Thank you! The colors are actually pretty bright on it. My camera on my phone just is poor quality plus the leds.

Ya I wish that I could get some good color in my phone pictures like the colors actually are in my tank. I've got my "good" camera and have tried with it, but it's worse than my cell phone pics. :hammer:
