All set up... how's my stock list and equipment?

Hi everyone!

New to the hobby. Have a reefer 170 that's been cycled for maybe a month. I would love some advice to see what options I have in terms of stocking and if my equipment / filtration media looks O.K.

Currently have an xr15 pro (bought right before the G4 came out) and 2 mp10s and a reef octopus skimmer (can't remember the model, it's one of the slim ones). For media I'm just using a bag of carbon in the sump and some seachem matrix (both in filter bags). Been considering using a media reactor

I currently have:

2 ocellaris
1 lawnmower blenny
2 skunk cleaner shrimp
3 turbo snails
4 astrea snails

Would like to add a dwarf angelfish like maybe a cherub or flameback. Thoughts on this? any other alternatives? And also would that be my last fish?

I love flame hawkfish but I think it would eat the shrimp.

Thanks for reading!

Any of the Dwarf Angels need a larger tank than yours, they get very aggressive when stuck into a tank under 70 gallons, and with any angel there is a good chance it will nip or even eat your corals, particularly as they mature. I would consider any of the flasher wrasses as a good addition.

I agree on the angel, to small, too aggressive, and too optimistic to eat coral. Not worth it. In regards to the hawkfish I have this amazing longnose and I absolutely love it, pretty well behaved. Maybe if it's hungry it'll just chase my clowns but never ever nips. He doesn't dare go near my pistol, maybe it's aware of what it's capable of haha.
