I have a 125 (6 ft long) with around 125 lbs of rock in the tank & another 40 in the 30 g sump. 780 gph skimmer, and a small fuge with some chaeto. Current stock list includes: scribble rabbit fish, fuzzy dwarf lion, blue line puffer, maroon clown, 2 diamond gobies, 3 green chromis, yellow tail chromis, blue damsel, and a domino damsel. I have a few softies: leather, kenya tree, GSPs, Xenia, mushrooms. Any recommendations for another fish or should I just leave well enough alone?

Thanks
-Joe

IMO, with all those damsels, AND a maroon clown, AND lots more fish besides that, I would just leave the tank alone. the only fish I could think of would be more damsels, but IMO it would be much better to just leave the other fish be.

One of the medium sized angels, like Scribble or Rock Beauty would tolerate the damsels and add some diversity. Also you could try a butterflyfish.

I have the opportunity to pickup a coral beauty angel. Its in a reef aquarium currently & doesnt pick any corals. Anyone have any experiences with them?

I have one in my 75 gallon tank and have hammers, cabbage, zoa's, feater dusters etc and he does not pick at all. However I have heard that it just depends on the fish.

I had a flame angel that didnt pick at any corals for almost a year. Then one day he must of found a new game or a new taste and he began to sample everything in the tank.

But to answer your question I have never had a problem with a coral beauty in the 5 years that I have had a reef. is it luck??

well.. I have a new coral beauty in the tank. my domino damsel didnt like my new guest, so I had to catch the domnio & send him to the 30 gallon. catching a damsel in a 125 with lots of rockwork is a good time... let me tell you.
Thanks for the advice guys :)
