he is still getting used the new tank. when the lights are off he is out when they are one he goes into the sand. my light cycle is different that who i got me off of.

Roland,

Great grab. I was at the same place and picked up a diamond goby and solon wrasse. we couldn't find the leopard wrasse in the sand bed so i didn't snatch him up.

he will be a great tank mate for years to come ,just be sure you have a sand bed for him to bury if frightened and also to sleep at night as they need it for sure .my favorite one here !

Bob i wanted that wrasse also lol. i was lucky they said he just came out a few minutes before we got there.
they still have some nice lr at 2lb if anyone needs any.

yes i have male and 4 female M bipartitus ,male and female M meleagris, male and female M ornatus, male and 3 female M negrosensis.and hopefully some time soon i will get a few M choati,s and a few M cyanoguttatus to round out my leopards . i have been looking for a M kuiteri but they seem non existent in the trade as well as a few others that i have always been looking for but just never see.i get to look at 3 or 4 lists a week from my lfs and that really helps out in getting them . ABC reefs here in Syracuse is the best store that i have found ever that will let you look each week and order if you wish . many stores will tell you they are looking for your fish but don't follow up on there promises .i do understand that they are busy and it is somewhat a pain to constantly be on the lookout but Tim is great in this way as he truly loves the hobby along with his partner Dave and all the employees .hands down the best most attentive group of fellas that i have been associated with in the 27yrs in the hobby .
your leopard looks great as he is a M ornatus male .is he eating yet ? one good thing is that they are one of the hardier of the group and should do very well without you having to do back flips to keep him happy .

awesome to hear and its a good thing to leave the lights off for two days so the wrasse can get settled into his new surroundings and also the light schedule faster .
