alternative to aquapod stands

looking for other styles of stands for the aquapod. i dont want to build one, but did anyone find an alternative that looks attractive enough? where did you find one? i live in the san diego area, so if you found one at a store in another state, is there one in so cal??

I wrote down the footprint of my 5.5 and carried it with me at all times. Finally one day I found a TV stand at a used furniture store that was perfect, for $20 .

The Mrs was pleased too, it meant the workmate was moving out of the dining room :lol: .

microwave cart eh? must be a pretty burly one as a full AP 24 weighs in around 300 lbs with rock

24 gallons of water weighs about 199 - 200 lbs plus 30 lbs for the Aquapod give/take. I estimated 250 lbs when I went out shopping for my stand. I bought a nice TV stand that will easily hold it.

I bought one of these. Took a couple of hours to throw together but it is a very sturdy stand and has a drawer and cabinet area. Wheat color is VERY close to oak color in my living-room.

I found a nice teak nightstand at Cost Plus World Market for about $100.
