Am I bleached?

Just picked this one up. Ponape birdsnest which was light in colour. He had it under T5 now under LED. I am worried because when I had the lights down to acclimate my clam on the sand bed looked stressed. Turned up the lights and this guy seems to be a bit lighter but not much. Been in the tank for 3 days, should I move him lower or just wait?

Yes,very bleached. What kind of led's do you have?

Very bleached need to move it lower.

For lights I have 20 3w Cree xpg 10,000k white, 20 Cree xpe 420 nm blue supplemented with 5 Philips 3w warm white, cyan, and tue violet.

Yup its bleached, I would lower it down and give it some time to color back up before moving it up in the tank.
