Am I overstocked

Well if you have a bare bottom, I'd say you could add more. If you have a sand bed, then I think I'd not buy any more. I'm not sure what 75lbs of liverock looks like but I'm guessing your scape isn't "minimalist" and there might not be much more swimming space. Too many people only hear "50 gallon tank", when there are many factors to consider. I wont even talk about bioload...I'm assuming if you have that many fish already you know what the deal is lol.

May i ask why it would be ok to add more if he had a bb?

I'd say you're fine. They're all small, docile, mostly omnivorous fish, so I wouldn't say you're overstocked, as long as your filtration and maintenance regime is up to par. I don't know what it is about some people, but if you were to post the livestock list of a 300g tank, with 30-35 tiny fish (gobies, small wrasses, blennies, damsels etc.) you'd have people cornering you with pitchforks screaming "OVERSTOCKED!", yet another person could publish their list, for the same sized tank, with 2-3 tangs and a rabbitfish and nobody would bat an eye. The fact is, many of these small fish won't squabble if given appropriate territory distribution, and if added in the correct order, but a 4" yellow tang could easily produce the amount of waste, as well as carry a similar bioload to that of maybe 30 full grown neon gobies (rough estimate). I just think people block out the species and just hear the number of fish being kept and react from there

I agree with this as long as you have adequate lr to handle the bioload. I like seeing many fish in a tank and I'll have 8 in my 40b when I'm finished adding them. I'm currently at 4 and the tank looks bare of fish to me.

I suggest when adding the new clown to buy a very small one like around an inch ish no more than 1 1/4" this way you can be assured of getting a male as your single has more than likely turned into a female. If you were to get one bigger than yours its a good bet that one will end up dead. IMO

My theory was add small fish that don't create much waste so my tank looked much fuller than 3 fish like I had originally. With the fish I have all areas of the tank have character and I like it better that way. The answer to the sand bed is yes 2-3in. From what it sounds I think I'm ok and if I do get another Ocellaris I might get rid of a few Chromis.
