I just had one of the most amazing customer service at Marine Depot.
I have been trying to find a 7 watt Actinic bulb for my DIY Nano Reef . I have been looking all over Los Angeles for about a year.
No one seems to carry this product. I have had many stores call Red Sea and check with all their distributors. Everyone says that it doesnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t exist, well it does. I decided to call Red Sea myself to ask if they make them. A lady there gave me the part # and some places to try. I searched the net and called some of the places and still nothing.
Then I called Marine Depot. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, but I sounded like I was going to have the same outcome. He checked the Red Sea master catalogue and found nothing. I even gave him the part # and still nothing. Well we got on the phone with Red Sea and spoke to the lady again (this time with Marine Depot on the line). We figured out what MD needed to get this part ordered for me, and we got some ordered.
I have to say that I have never had a retailer go so out of their way to help me like this before.
