Am I the only one who hates fake live rock/fake coral tanks?? I just can't stand to look at plastic stuff in a tank!!! May as well be a sunken ship with the little bubble diver as far as I/m concerned.

i agree to some extent but you mostly see these inserts at businesses where there more concerned with keeping the tank looking clean than growing corals . mandalay bay and disney have inserts in there aquariums

A couple of those tanks are in the Bass Pro Shop on the way to Las Vegas...it's one of the round ones. It's really amazing on how many fish they have in it!!!

You can sit at the bar...have a drink...eat an appetizer...and stare at the tank...pretty cool.

I Have seen This hanging Tank in person. IT came about as an old vegas magician who was thrown out for being a fake trickster. In his anger he levitated the Tank and passed a couple of solid brass rings over it to prove that there was no wires and then just walked away. There still trying to figure out how to feed the fish

I agree completly. They look dumb. I hate the look of fake corals. I can usually tell one from a mile away.
