Just wanted to give a review on some awesome customer service.! I have this older Pinpoint Ph monitor, and I just picked up a new probe for it and needed to calibrate it. I went to there website http://www.americanmarineusa.com/ to try and find the user manual and I was successful, however, the manual I found was for a newer version, so I called the 800 number at about 7:30pm to see I could leave a message, and low and behold a human answered the phone!!!!, I explained my situation and the person on the other end, said he would have to call "Lou". Not sure if Lou is the owner or what, but he called me back in less then 10 min and helped me thru my technical issue. I can tell you that to me this speaks volumes!!! So American Marine....You have a customer for life!
