u know ive got that SAME test kit. let me know what your ammonia really reads at the lfs...mine has been up for over 2 months, with tons of LR, a skimmer, live sand, only a clownfish and a tomato clown, my ammonia is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS at .25mg/l nitrate is ALWAYS 10-20. ive given up and just come to assume that .25 is this kits color for 0
but when u use that same kit on a FW tank, u get all 0's.
just take a small jar of it, or a test tube
