Ammonia reading w prime

My QT tank is showing .05 / green ammonia via ammonia alert badge. I dosed prime like I always do ? In the first and second TTM the readings were always yellow I am Dfn green. I even added more prime? Can you overdose prime? When I first dropped in the fish the wrasse seemed stressed breathing heavy hard to say if ammonia was the cause b/c I had just dropped him in a new tank. I watched all night this am all fish look great in QT but ammonia still reads green / .05 ammonia I was going to treat w prazi pro today? To treat prazi pro 0 ammonia should be showing. Suggestions

It is hard to overdose prime per say but it will drastically reduce dissolved oxygen

Why is the Ammonia reading still showing .05 after prime ? Thx for the heads up re oxygen depletion I will add more circulation.

What happens if I dose prazi pro and it reads . 05 ammonia? I understand to use prazi you must have 0 ammonia? And I already have exceeded the dose amount?
