amount to feed?

Livestock:
1 5" porcupine puffer
1 5" clown trigger
1 6" white spotted grouper
1 4" black domino damsel
1 4" lunar wrasse
1 4" coral beauty angelfish
1 4" cinnamon clown
1 3.5" yellow headed slepper goby

can anyone provide a sample of a feeding amount and schedule just as a guide

I do medium meals twice a day and sometimes 3 times on a saturday if I have the time plus one sheet of seaweed selects everyday for my tangs. I have a big fuge so it helps with the load.
