Haven't seen many people using amp master pumps, is there a reason for this? Or just luck? I remeber someone said they were very electricity efficient, so I thought more people would have them.
I use an AmpMaster 3000 which after 1.5 years in service requires a new Seal ($25 bucks). They are efficient, but not nearly as efficient as they claim to be. My Pump draws 190 watts which is around 1.6 Amps.
