Dinoflagellates

Hi every one, I know that by now I can sound a little desperate!, but the thing is that today is my seventh day and EVERYTHING IS STILL IN "0" Amonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 0, PH 8.2, Temperature 78, and the thing is that I have a lot of live already in my tank, a pair of snails (That i bealive came with the rock) a few worms that I spoted in the sand (betwen the glass and the sand) and a trillion of little minuscule bugs that lucks like dust but they are alive and suiming, oh and a little coral that is attached to one of the rock to.
Here is my question...TATATATANNNN!!!! Will it hurt to put someting alive from the pet store to see what happend? or you guys really want me to wait?
I really believe that I'm goig to die with the ???????? of what to do.....
Please help a desperate newbe aquarist......THANK YOU SO MUCH...
