Eww that doenst look good at all. How long has the mouth been gaping like that? How long have you had it? How long has it been hosting the clowns? What for lighting do you have?
I would separate the clowns from the anemone until the anemone recovers. A gaping mouth is an indication of poor health... it could be from a multiple of reasons.
yes i have researched about having an anemone i have actually had an anemone for a couple of years but i had 2 get rid of it cause i was changing tanks but i have never seen them do it before to an anemone. the mouth was always closed and seemed very healthy but i always saw the clowns biting the anemone's mouth. unfortunetly i lost my anemone
