Anemone bleaching

All anemones that I have tried to keep in my tank had just two ways. Death or they lose 80% of their size and bleach, full white color. The same happens to my lps corals, like torch and hammer. Any one have any idea what should be happening?

Ricords don't go either. All SPS and zoos doing very well.

I think that it could be the overclean watter as 100% of my tanks watter passes through the skimmer all the time, plus a carbon and a phos reactor running nonstop. I'm trying to target feed the bleaching corals and the anemone but I'm not seeing any improvements.

What are your water parameters? (( with numbers ))

What lights do you have?

And do acclimate them to the lights?

Tod I can't see any problem with my parameters though mg is a little lower.

ca: 420
alk: 9
mg: 1100
density: 1024
NO3: 0
PO4: 0

Also I think there is no relation to acclimatation. They are in my tank for more then 8 months. They all arrived in good shape but after 1 month they start the bleaching process.

One question, can we keep euphyllias and anemones in a ultra low nutrient enviroment? In the other hand I'm direct feeding these lawn gnomes for a long time and I'm not seeing any changes.
