anemone camped out under a rock

why did my bubble tip anemone decide to camp out under a rock?
i got him 2 days ago and he hasn't moved for about a day
how long should I wait until i can move him, if its okay to even move him. itl ooks like he is almost hiding from the light.
i have 4, 48" t5 lighting bulbs.

He will move on his own, he may still be getting use to your lights.

if he doesn't move int he next couple of days can i move him? or.. make him uncomfortable with the flow?
i feel like i just wasted $40 + tax because i cant see him. and my clownfish have no idea he exists.
