anemone feeding question

I've been feeding my LTA formula one cubes. I usually feed him every 2-3 days and I can tell if he's had enough becuase he just won't eat what I give him. He will usually only eat one cube but I try every 2-3 weeks to give him 2 cubes and he is yet to eat both.

I got a really nice big BTA yesterday and also picked up some lancefish and silversides. Both ate one lancefish yesterday. Today they were also hungry looking and they scarfed 2 silversides each. I'll wait a couple days and try again but I'm a little worried about giving them 3 each.

The tank looks pretty much the way I want it now maybe some more zoa in the middle...

Here is a full tank shot so you can see their sizes, it's a 72g bow front. I'll update the pic as soon as it gets dark and I can get one without a reflection of the window.

I find that silversides work the best. I wouldn't be to worried about over feeding them, if they are not hungry they simply won't take it. cut it the food up into pieces, it's easier for them to handle.
FWIW

What do you mean by "how can you tell" are you asking how do you know if they are hungry? I would not worry about knowing that, I feed mine every day, and like I said if they are not hungry they simply won't take the food offered. They are able to eat quite alot each day, Joyce Wilkersons book details what they are capable of eating as a percentage of their mass, but I can't remember the numbers. Here is a nice read on BTAS www.karensroseanemones.com

How can you tell ??? :-)

They reach out a lot more and are more active when feeding. If my LTA isn't hungry he'll just sort of hang out. In the pic above the LTA is sort of just hangning out while the BTA looks hungry to me. That or I am just reading WAY TOO MUCH into their slight changes in behavior.
