anemone help pls

When I woke up this morning my water was super foggy I looked around and saw a chunk of my bta... im guessing it got sucked into one of the power heads but I cant find the remaining pieces. Do you think a 40% change should do it?

Wet skimming, carbon, pre-filter changes, and a 25% waterchange would be my plan.

Yes: Protect your anemones from your heaters, filter intakes, overflows, etc.
