You could probably keep a BTA alright, but if you have other corals and your nem decides to move.. which it usually will.. you may have a lot of casualties. You might want to let your tank mature for 6-9 months before adding a nem though. Not a hard and fast rule but they generally fair better in a well established tank.
It will be fine if you will dedicate a sizable portion to the anemones future growth. Also if you decide to add corals it may walk (even after months of staying put) so be carful when "planning" an appropriate space. You will put it somewhere and it will move until its happy, not you .
