anemone ID help

If it bleached in the bag, the water would likely be discolored significantly.

It is not unusual for them to regurgitate any undigested matter when stressed in shipping.

fwiw: Heat kills, cold stresses, I prefer shipping this time of year :)

no the water wasnt discolored, just white bits and a little slimy cloudy stuff.
discolored like how? like dark water?
so it sounds like they sent a bleached speciman instead of this happening in the bag?
another poster said they got a sick LTA from them last week. so maybe they arent watching what goes out as carefully as they used to

Not necessarily a bad sign, might just be resting, recouping, etc. Once a day for such an event is not unusual.

fwiw: it depends on how cloudy the bag water was, but either way, your anemone should be fine with some patience and care.

Good luck.

i does not take long to recover about a month if all conditions are favorable
