Anemone ID

Yes, the spots on the column is apparent on crispa. Also, ritteri does have thicker tentacles. Your anemone is staying on the sand, which is not at all like H. magnifica.
 
So they probably shipped me something that looks like a Ritteri and hoped I didn't notice? Man that would suck!
 
crispa is a nice host anemone and is considered by many to be hardier than a mag. They are natural hosts to many species of clownfish, require less intense lighting and current, and so maybe it's not such a bad thing.
 
Ya Gary I hear ya it is a beautifull anemone for sure but there's just something about a Ritteri that's amazing plus that's what I paid for most importantly. Either way its a good looking creature
