Can someone confirm/deny if this is a Condy Anemone?
Thanks!

Not a Condy, I'm pretty sure it's a BTA. Can you get a picture of it's mouth?

Thanks! That's why I asked, I've seen several pictures of BTAs with no bubbles - so I've been really confused about it. I will try and snag one later today when the lights come back on.

Does it look healthy? I'm not an expert, but so far it appears to be look/act happy and healthy to me.

I woke up and was surprised he was all open, so I managed to get a few pictures. Not the best, but maybe enough to help.

The other thing that's happened, some mornings it's shrunk down to about the size of a golf ball, then later opens up. Is that normal behavior?

Yes it looks healthy, but now I'm doubting myself in thinking it's a BTA just not certain. Would like to see the mouth. If it has lines running from the mouth outward it's most certainly a BTA. It appears to have purple tips in the first picture?

Ok cool - now that I know what to look for I'll try to get a better picture today. Thanks!

Oh, and yes! It's definitely green with purple tips.

Nope - here's a good picture of the foot. He moves quite frequently as well which is why I was also thinking condy. He doesn't really stay put for much more than a week before he's on the move.

Okay - here's the picture of his mouth. Lines radiating out... Looks like it to me?

Also - there was a guy a few days ago selling some of his anemones he said were BTA's, about half of his tank was full of them, and they looked just like mine. That's what made me questions my initial ID...wish I could find the post :/

The radiating lines from the mouth of a bta are bright white irregular streaks. Yours does not show any. Google bta and you will see what the streaks look like.
