I'd say condy as well. Doesn't remind me enough of a heteractis malu/crispa.

I don't know if it helps the ID, but apparently it's been splitting.

It looks like a bleached purple column and pink tipped BTA. Get a clear picture of the mouth and of the column. These pictures will really help with ID

Splitting in host anemones = BTA or rarely Magnifica. I think this is a BTA

Interesting, the owner says the tips "bubble up" and he thinks it's a bubble tip. I thought it was a condy, but the foot is not deep red, it's a lightish orange.
