you sure can. But the water has to be perfect and you cant have fluctuations. If you want you can do it, but like dangpride said, it wont be in there for long because they outgrow that size tank pretty quickly.

imo no. With pcs on thats small of a tank, it could be done, but you'd need to get like 10w per gallon of pc light. If it were mh light then i'd say yes you could, only they dont make any mh's that small that i know of.

There are some very neat, not very demanding anemones you can consider like Epicystis crucifer, or Stichodactyla tapetum. Fraggle reef has some of the maxi/mini tapetum anemones right now those would probably do just fine in that tank as well.
Below is a picture of my 'pod... with a Epicystis crucifer that I've had for about a year now. For about six months I had that anemone in a 2.5 gallon pico.
There are some very neat, not very demanding anemones you can consider like Epicystis crucifer, or Stichodactyla tapetum. Fraggle reef has some of the maxi/mini tapetum anemones right now those would probably do just fine in that tank as well.

That looks like a rock/flower anemone to me aka Epicystis crucifer . They do fine in smaller tanks, I have two in a 5 gallon setup. However they're caribbean anemones that don't host clownfish. Most of the posters here are thinking about Indo Pacific anemones that don't do well in smaller tanks.
Not a criticism, just want people to know they're not the typical anemones found in most reef setups.
BTW, yours is gorgeous. How big is it ? One of mine is the same color and went from the size of a dime to 6"+ in three years.

I have a horde of anem's in my 20 and 10 (4 / 3 , its too crowded in the 20...), they are non clown hosting, pretty darn hard to kill, fairly ugly things... they dont look nearly as nice as agu's or icenine's

Thanks for the compliments though. It's 7-8 inches and pretty much the biggest one of it's kind I've come a cross. I didn't expect it to get any bigger than 6". You're mostly right about the hosting bit, I've never seen any type of clown in one. I have however seen anemone shrimp and porcelain crabs at home in them in several tanks.
