Anemone lights

I have a PLTA with that same light and tank size. He is doing pretty good. I feed him a little more than what is usual because of the limited light. Just make sure to feed him.

I have had for almost 2 months now. The tank itself is only 7 months old. He hasn't split, but is huge. My camera is lost right now due to us moving into a new house. We got the nem before the move.

Generally speaking, no, it's not enough light. You may be able to get away with it for a while if you happen to get a particularly healthy specimen of one of the less difficult species, but in the long run it will probably be best to upgrade.

If you got another of your fixtures it would probably be just about right for a BTA or an LTA.

I have keep BTAs and haddoni carpets in 20 gal tanks with 2- 65 watts PCs for years. A 29 gal has the same height and width as the 20 gal, it is just 6" longer. I think you will be OK as long as you stick to a BTA in the middle of the tank.

the 29G is 6" taller.. they are the same length 30". but agreed about a BTA in the middle of the tank being fine.

2OceanLovers : AFAIK PLTA's don't split...they just keep growing and growing. You're going to either have to upgrade to a bigger tank or think about rehoming her at some point, as a 29 is not a suitable long term home for her.
I have an H Crispa right now that is about 14" across at full extension and will continue to grow. She dominates my 120.

flowerkid: You're on the lower end of the lighting requirements for nems, but it's not impossible. It'll just be more difficult, and your nem will require the best of the best in water pristinity. Also, if your nem becomes stressed, the lower level of lighting might make it harder for it to recuperate. There aren't too many nems that I would recommend to go into a 29, you could probably get away with putting a Bubble Tip in there. Just make sure that whatever nem you get is far larger than your clowns, as many of the more aggressive clowns can love a small nem to death.
