anemone looks sick

I just bought an anemone and a clown fishas well as 4 green chromises from Pond and Reef. Truth I got the chromises to spread the aggresion around in time that the clown fish and anemone could bond and do thier thing you know cause they cost more. Well any way all looks grat in my 55 gal tank. My Niger Triger really likes the other fish no agression at all no chasing it would seem no territorial issues coming. I go to bed I wake up 3 missing Chromises. I found 1 stuck to the filter the other 2 just gone I have moved and shook every rock in the tank nothing. Is it possible the anemone ate them. he looked great for the first few days but today,deflated and looks much like a wilted flower. Like it has not had any water. I tried to feed it some minced clam it just let it go. I am worried and really I have no knowledge of them so any advice would be great.
