anemone may be on its way out....

so about 6 hours ago my anemone was doing just fine and dandy, i left to go run some errands and came back and noticed it had started to shrivel up and all of it's tentacles were starting to recede back into it's base. it does still has it's bright green coloroation though but it's mouth in the center is clearly visible and just hanging open. is my anemone a goner or can i do somthing?

Personally I would give it some time, especially if it is a BTA and still attached to the rock.

The next day it was 100% fine. They get all shriveled and flat before they poop as well.
