Anemone Okay or No

History: Have a 75g tank that has been set up for about a year now, everything was transferred over from a 54g that had been set up for a couple years. Tank has been doing great just a little algae that I had been fighting and it was about gone. I had some anemones a few years ago and decided I wanted another one so I picked up a nice green rock anemone on 11/12, brought it home, acclimated it for about an hour and put it in the tank. Where I put him on the sand at the base of the rock he put his foot down and opened right up. He looked great the next day, I've fed him a couple times just a little frozen mysis when I fed the fish which I guess wasn't the best idea. 1st problem started 11/21 my peppermint shrimp would not leave him alone, he shrunk down to where I could hardly see him through the sand, he stayed like this for a day and slowly opened back up.

Today: I came home today around 6 to see what looked like him inside out, I came back and checked an hour later and he was smaller and rightside in. His foot has come up and he was just sitting on top of the sand. I moved him up on the rock on the opposite side of the tank in a higher flow area. He anchored his foot in a crevice and only a part of him is showing.

Should I take him out or see if he recovers?

I'd probably just keep a keen eye out on him. When it's obvious that he isn't going to make it, take him out to avoid further pollution of your tank.

I had a shrimp that wouldn't leave my anemone alone either.

I got rid of the shrimp and my anemone thrived thereafter.

Cant believe I didnt say its a rock anemone, but looked this morning and the crevice he went in had a hole to the back side of the rock now I cant find it

Edit: moved the rock he is fully attached on the back side just all closed up

Okay so he moved back on top of a rock and was partially opened, I fed him a little mysis and he closed up but didnt eat much of it. Today I just looked and he "fell" off the rock and was laying on the sand upside down. I went to flip him back over and his "foot" is all red, his color though is still as nice as it always was. Should I just toss him or see if he makes it?

He is missing a chunk out of the side of him, he has attached himself to a rock but I dont know what to do. I pulled him out real fast and he does Not smell. Will he heal or should I move him somewhere else?

It looks very sick to me I would get some Cipro and start treatment. All you need to know is in the stickies above.
