Anemone? Please help id???

I know this isn't the best pic in the world, but it's the best one I've been able to get. Am hoping someone can help with this. I really feel it is some sort of anemone.
Came in on live rock purchase, consistantly growing. The tenticles are more claw like, not bubble tip, not straight, or long. They are fairly short. This week it moved from the top of the rock, to just under an embedded shell.

If it moved, it's most likely an anemone. I can't tell much at all from the picture you posted, but I would suggest looking up "rock" or "flower" anemone, AKA Epicystis Crucifer. Based on your description + picture that would be my guess.
