LFS gave me an unidentified anemone for free yesterday. It has a large white stalk with neon green lines and specks on it. Now its not in the best of shape because it had a very rough move but it seems to be doing better than worse.
When I put it in my tank it attached and then 1/2 an hour later, it was on the go. Woke up this morning to find it near the front of the tank fully attached to a rock but not opened. Watching it more, it began to send streams of white stuff into the tank.
Is this a last ditch effort to spawn before it dies? It hasnt opened fully yet.
