anemone species tank

Had to shut down my my reef tank--for a while--said to do it as it was up and thriving. However, now, I am interested in setting up a species only tank housing only BTA's. I've been attempting to ascertain who, if anyone, is the the authority on such tanks. To date, I have found nothing definitive. Can you add anything regarding such tanks. The tank is a 29 gallon-for obvious reasons want to create a close loop system with a sump that will house all my filters, etc. The tank will be illumminated by 300ws of VHO lighting. Here's some issues, can you jelp me with any?

1) Sandbed? Currently have my old sandbed from the 3 year old reef, the tank has water in it, but not heated, etc. I presume the bed is now dead. Can I reinvigorate this bed or should I start over. Ron Shimek has noted for a 29 gallon no bed should be used, what are your thoughts

2) Filtration? Any thoughts, I thought I would skim with my aqua c remora and use my rena with poly bio marine and carbon

3) Waterflow? any ideas here? know anyone that could assist me in creating a closed loop system running for a sump to the main tank?

4) Aquascaping? BTA's love rock crevices, etc. Would like to get some heavily coraline encrusted live rock from you, however will dosing the tank with Calcium affect the BTAs

Let me know your thoughts
