Anemone Splits and non-paired clowns

I have two Maroons and what was a 12" RBTA. Since it split, the two clownfish are rarely in the same part of the anemone. Do I have to worry about the male (who is about 1/4 of the size of the female) becoming female and a turf war ensuing? Should I pull the split frag?
