anemone sting in wrasse?

So I have never witnessed a fish anemone sting. But wondering what it may look like. I got a cleaner wrasse last week Tuesday and he's been eating great and very active. Tonight he was not out at all. So I decided to see what's up and move his cave rock. Well he has a big blackish and a little bit of white mixed in spot. One good sized one, everyone think my gig or mag have stung it? What's a sting look like and guessing they may be fatal or most likely are? Also he still can swim fine, but is not doing it much due to this and didn't other coming out or food

So upset as he is such a neat fish....

I had a Chromis that got stung by my massive GBTA, and well he went "special ed" after the sting. He didn't last long.

What did it look like? Trying to make sure this is what happened. Ive had my gig for over a year and this is the first time I have seen anything like it.
