Anemone switch

I want my maroons to switch from a very small orange tip anemone to a extreamly large Purple tip Malu anemone. How can I make this happen. I have a 150 gallon reef. If I just pull the small one out for a little while will they go to the big one?

I have found that if you offer their food always near the anemone you want them to switch to they may eventually start to defend that anemone. There is no guarantee though. I did this by accident and my clarkii clown which never went in the smaller H. crispa started to around feeding time, but she always went back to the larger one at night time. You have to offer them a reason to switch. Changing feeding territory may be a way to do this.
