Anemone under attack

Hi Everyone!
I am in need of urgent advice! I have a large carpet anemone that looks as though it has been severly eaten which I thought could not be possible. This has happened over the last 2 days since I introduced a med to lge scribble angle and a anemome crab. The crab that lives within the anemone collecting food. As I have introduced the fish and crab I cant tell if it is one of them or not. I have had no trouble at all from any of the other fish before this. I dont even know if it will survive or able to regenerate itself. If you can help please email me as soon as so I know what to do.

Kindest regards
Kim

He/she is the one to blame.

thats why i dont have a scrib in my tank incase i wanted an anemone i have heard of instances where they actually like to eat them from the base up.

Yeah, angels and anemones don't typically mix. Well, they may be mixing, but only in the Angel's digestive tract.

That's why I employ a large 7-8" maroon clown to guard my anemone from the angels my better half just has to have...problem is, she guards everything around the anemone even from me, and I have the bit marks and scars to prove it!
