It looks like a flower(or rock) anemone. Epicystis crucifer
From the Carribeans. I have a couple in my tank. Not a lot of clown would live with them. Mine is hosting a porceline crab. They are one of the hardiest anemonies, not a whole lot of lighting required and grows fast if you offer meaty treats.
