Anemone ??

I'm setting up a new tank and don't want my rbra in it. (Its enormous)
However my clowns have been hosting it for 3 years. Is it mean to the clowns to replace it with a new anemone?

Clowns do not necessarily need an anemone but I do think they are "happier" when they have one.
