anemone ???

I would say a flower anemone Epicystis crucifer should be fine, or perhaps mini carpets--neither of these are host anemones. Some folks have success with BTAs in those setups, but you need more than one month experience to successfully keep a BTA in a 14 gallon. Small tanks like that require more expertise than larger tanks because they tend to be much less stable in terms of water quality, temperature, etc. and you have to feed sparingly and do water changes regularly.

Thanks. Yeah I know that they are though that's why I wanted a nano tank. The Challege. I work at the lfs and we have some mini-carpets but like you said they are not hosts so they are not going to work.

I have heard of some clowns hosting in frogspawn or hammers, has anyone had this happen? Also, are there any other corals that they might host in? Planning on buying 2 true or 2 false percs. For a biocube 14

Mine hosted in a toadstool leather until I sold it. Then they went to some green mushrooms. I did a tank upgrade and removed all the green mushrooms, and now they are hosting in some purple Zoa's/Paly's.

I just added a GBTA but it went behind the rocks and split. They haven't found it yet. Getting a RBTA in a week. We will see about that one.

I tried GSP in my 12, but they wouldn't take to them. My Maroon hosts in hairy mushrooms. It seems they'll about host in anything if it strikes them. :D
