Anemones foot ripped off

72 gallon.
4 years in operation.
Have had the anemone for 5 months. Minus a struggle with a power head 2 months ago(which are now covered with pads) it has been perfect. Always is stuck to top of tank. Woke up today to this. The foot is still stuck where it was. Now at the bottom, no way to attached itself or move. It is now folded as to protect the foot hole.

Anything I can do?

What kind of anemone? I accidently ripped on of my rose anemones foot while moving a rock and he recovered no problem. Other anemones may not fare so well with having their foot torn.
