Anemones for my 40B

I really like the look of both sebae and green or white carpet (hadons) anemone but I have some questions.

I know these both can get fairly large but are either suited for a 40B?

What are the lighting requirements for these and difficulty of care? I am running a DIY LED set up. Specs are the 40B as seen here
