anyone have this happen to them?

I've seen him walk across it many times and never been bothered, I went away for a weekend and came home to the part of the shrimp sticking out the mouth, at first I thought it was maybe a molt, but the anenome spit it out later and it wasn't a molt.

anyone seen this before?

it is much more usual for the shrimp to kill the anemone by stealing food, often from the anemone's stomache.

Carnation Anenome was the common name i was told at the store when i bought it.

I'm not sure about the scientific name

My carpet has eaten its far amount of shrimp but never any smaller anemones. It might have died and then turned into a snack.
