anenome in rock need to remove

i have a purple tip and is in a rock i need to remove due to being just to big for my 75g. what is a good way to remove with out hurting it.

anyone have any ideas. i took the rock and placed upside down on two other rocks and hope he comes out on his own.

you can try pointing a power head at him for a couple days, that should annoy him enough to make a move. you can also (at your own risk) gently massage a part of the base of the foot until you can get a finger or something (ive heard of ppl using credit cards) under and just keep working it very slowly until he detaches. I dont recommend this because it could take a very long time and if you lose patience and go too fast it will tear the foot and he will likely die..

thanks i have the rock upside down now to see if he wil come out. i just hope he dont come out at night and re attach himself somewhere else. that will be my luck.
