Anenome keeps deflating its tentacles

My anenome keeps shrinking his tentacles and wont inflate them I'm not sure if this is a sign that he is sick or if he is normal.

If it is a bubble tip anemone (bta) then it is normal for it to deflate. Some deflate once every two days and some deflate every day. If your bta is new it will probably do it every day untill it is use to your tank. Are you feeding it regularly? They need meaty foods like raw shrimp, krill, or silversides. At the very least feed it once a week or once every three days. If your anemone is in a weak condition..like it won't grab the food.. then feed it every other day until it starts to take the food to its mouth on its own.

I don't want to thread jack or anything but...my BTA was doing fine after I added it to the tank about 2 weeks ago, tentacles usually inflated and I got it to start eating raw shrimp. Well I added two tunze nanostreams and now the BTA is really mad and has moved it into a corner and the tentacles are always deflated now; yet the mouth isn't gaping and it still eats. Is this normal until it gets used to the flow?
