Anenomne burrows into rock

Okay, I purchased an anemone the other day and it went and placed itself in a rock. The anemone then burrowed its foot inside the crack of a rock.

The one above I don't mind because it still visible and it's bigger.

This rose bubble tip was purchased yesterday. When I added it to the tank, it was on a visible rock and looked amazing. This morning it too went into the crack of two rocks.

This one is smaller so it bugs me that it's doing this.

Also, our mandarin dragonet, introduced yesterday too, was found with its tail nipped. Would cleaner shrimps do this? Or is it possible that the coral bandit did this. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1416157833.021715.jpg

The anemone's will move when they are ready and nothing you can do about it. If you put them where you want them and they don't like it they put themselves at risk of ending up in your powerheads.

BTAs will move where they want to be. I've had mine crawl in and out of the rockwork about a dozen times now, and currently making me nervous by hanging out on the underside of my overflow box.

Mine just went to the back of the live rock. I hate that because now I do not know if it's doing okay or I can't tell where it is:/. Is it bad for them if you try to unstick them?

Also, will the condy sting the anem?

I just left it alone. This morning it was no where to be seen. Hopefully it comes out to the light where it can be seen. Will the condy hurt the nem?

I introduced my BTA about months ago and it hid itself on the underside of my rock work for about 2-3 weeks. Now its foot remains in the same location but it reaches around to the front to bathe in the light. I wouldn't surprise me if yours decides to keep its foot in that crack and just reach itself forward onto the shelf. As shesacharmer said just give it time to find a happy place.
