angel blotches

My Koran angel developed a couple spots and so did my niger trigger so I started treating with ick attack yesterday. Today I woke up and there are a couple of whitish colored blothes on my angels side .....when he is facing me it looks as if something clear is raised up like a scale is flaking off anyone have any idea what this is??

Might be ick in the developement stages, my Powderblue tang looked like it was all bumpy on his body (like acne) and few days later the white spots appeared. If you could post a pic would be nice for everyone to try for verifiy what it is.
