Angel ID help, Singapore or Cream?

Can anyone help me ID this fish? I was told it was a Singapore but after more research I'm thinking it would be hard to differentiate between a Singapore and a Cream Angel. Pics aren't great but it's in my QT and these are the best I could get

Just look at the mouth. Singapore angels have an upturned mouth (much larger lower lip), while cream angels have equally sized lips, with the mouth opening facing straight forward, not up.

Plus, I think the gradations of black-to-white are much more fine-grained on a Singapore than a cream angel. A cream angel has more visible "dots" in the transition area, whereas the gradation on the Singapore is more lined. Those pictures in the link make them seem more alike than they look in person.

Looks just like my Singapore angel. Cream angels have larger scales and a slightly more roundish body and mouth almost looks like a beak. Singapore angels look more rectangular shaped with pointy faces and very small smooth scales like a gray poma or personifer.

Alright then. It's settled. Thanks everyone. Everything I read said Singapores were so hard to keep happy and this guy is eating and seems happy as can be it's in QT and hyposalinity at that - came from some adverse conditions. My fingers are crossed.

They're either easy or dead. There doesn't really seem to be any middle ground with them. Mine's bulletproof.

Well hopefully I scored a bulletproof variety. Do you have yours in a reef? Mine's still in QT but my DT has some small zoas and a hammer coral. The guy I got it from said it left his alone but I have my doubts about that.

Sorry, it took me awhile to see this. He's in a softy reef with nephthea, a big toadstool, fiji leather, some anthelia, a few zoanthids, an LTA, some maxi-mini anemones, and a bright blue sponge. Never shown any interest in any of it.

Cool. Good to hear. Mine seems pretty happy and in a shared QT nonetheless. A few more weeks in Hypo and I can start moving it and friends to the DT.
