Angel niping on Nassarius Snail

Hi,
Caught red handed Heraldi and Emperor Angels biting or niping on Nassarius Snail, which was introduced yesterday, 2300hr 18May08. Some Nassarius were acclimate for 2 to 3 hours while last one for 10hours. Hope they will survive this time.

Questions:
1) Are the angels playing with the snail?
2) Is the snail hurt by such niping or biting?

i have had my angel and wrasse nip at my snails, but i have never seen them actualy kill any of my snails. if anything i had to kill 1 of my turbo snails when it sucked back up into its shell with my wrasses mouth still attached. i had to break the shell apart to get my wrasse out the shell.

Thank you for the comforting words. This would be my 4th or 5th attempt to introduce Nassarius snails or any snails, did all I could to transit the snails comfortably into the tank.

Previous attempts, in which there were no acclimation of the snails, all died after about a week. Whilst this time round, acclimation time for the snails are 2, 3 hours. Two of them more than 8.
